CAMPUS AU FÉMININ
Women's Campus: Thursday, December 7th, 2017, ENAC hosted 80 college girls from Toulouse for a Feminine day Campus. Thirty engineers, ENAC graduates and/or Elles Bougent mentors as well as students from ENAC accompanied them throughout the day. It was thus the occasion of a primary action to launching the network "Les Elles de l'ENAC". The girls were able to visit air traffic controller simulators, research laboratories, wind tunnels, engines, drones, ... They exchanged with the sponsors regarding their career in the public or private sector. They were able to discover different aspects of the engineering, have an idea about what could be higher studies with students who are more or less older than them. The purpose of this day was to skim and scan jobs and possibilities on higher education: goal achieved!

CONFÉRENCE WOMEN IN AEROSPACE
On Tuesday, December 5, as part of its Equality Women / Men Plan, ENAC hosted the end-of-year conference of Women In Aerospace - Toulouse. A hundred people, including over thirty ENAC Alumni, were present during this evening of testimonials, Award ceremony and Networking. The conference began with a presentation of the association’s activities. Then Julie SAINT-LOT, ICNA 99C at ENAC's ATM department shared her background and work on ATM research projects. Followed, an exchange on Diversity and the role of managers in aeronautics with Mathy GONON IEEAC 86T, Director of Studies and Research and Guillaume ROGER IAC98, Director of Training and Flight. Finally, Ms. Grazia VITTADINI, Head of Airbus Engineering for Airbus Defense & Space, gave a speech and shared her experience. An inspiring woman who took time to exchange at the cocktail party with the students. Her message: "Be yourself, do not be afraid if you are not an expert, and do not be afraid of being different."
