Board of Administrators

It is made up of Board members, elected at General Assembly (except when the association is set up, when the Board is made up of the founding members). The administrators are the association's representatives in all acts of civil life. All members may be members. They are responsible for ensuring that the association runs smoothly and that decisions taken at General Assembly are implemented. The Articles of Association stipulate the number of members, the term of office and the method of renewal. The Board of Administrators meets several times a year.
