New bylaws

The association has made some changes to its bylaws and its rules of procedures in an effort to better preserve and guarantee its independence from any affiliation to politics, unions or religions.

Other minor changes have been applied. These bylaws and the rules of procedure have been approved by the Board of Directors during a vote. Approval of texts collected 90% of the vote. You can find the full text validated by clicking on the following links (FRENCH ONLY);
