Claire Sauvaget transforms what she dislikes (pollution, ecological disasters, the alienation of the individual... ) to create an aesthetic, poetic and critical body of work ranging from sculptural installation, photography and animated film to performance and music. Inspired by the catastrophic scenarios of science fiction, scientific and technical utopias, or current philosophy with Baptiste Morizot's "Manières d'être vivant" or Albert Jacquard's "Mon utopie", Claire Sauvaget's exhibition Fertiles Débris presents a world where everything is transformed.

At ENAC, Claire Sauvaget will bring together works she has already produced to create a meta-work, a world of her own. In residence for several weeks, she will gradually build these narratives with all the debris from her artist's studio and a selection of sculptural and video works, taking their place in this large room. Let's walk through these imaginary cities that are being destroyed one by one, this forest of light-rooted hands, these tiny lights flickering in the moss, these fragile deserts that fly away when the earth cracks. Here, if one or more disasters have occurred, it's always possible to rebuild.

On the opening and closing day, the artist will give a performance of no more than 20 minutes as Clyndë, her character from the KOMA video.
