SkyTalks: Human being at the heart of tomorrow's aviation

Inclusion and recruitment in the aeronautical industry are the issues at the heart of our concerns.
On Thursday 16 March 2023, the team of ENVOL Junior Études, the Junior-Enterprise of ENAC, is organising the Sky Talks conference on the campus, bringing together professionals and students to exchange, learn and establish a common reflection on the theme: The human being at the heart of tomorrow's aviation.

This conference will consist of two round tables:
- How to open up aeronautics to women?
- What strategy should be adopted to attract the talents of tomorrow?

To lead these discussions, we will welcome renowned speakers from large groups, SMEs, start-ups and administrations such as Thalès, EDEIS Concessions, DGAC, Toulouse Blagnac Airport...

This first edition is carried out in partnership with ENAC, the ENAC Foundation, ATR, GIFAS, the ENAC BDE and will be covered by La Dépêche, Le Point and AeroMorning.

Students, young graduates or professionals, this event will be a real space for exchange and sharing. Whether it is during the round tables or during the networking moments and the cocktail party, everyone will have the opportunity to discuss and develop their point of view around the major issues of the industry.

What makes this event unique?
- An event consisting of two round tables led entirely by students
- An event that won the call for proposals for the "Jeunesse Entreprise Engagée" project launched by the Secretary of State for Youth and the SNU

Reflection is the central pillar of this event, a necessary reflection based on the social, economic and environmental issues that affect the sector year after year.
