The Vamos Arriba project

The Vamos Arriba project or the practice of sport aeronautics to build human and technical skills in Peru.

Peru is a South American country that is rich in natural resources but needs to consolidate its community of technicians and engineers in order to build more infrastructures and develop its industry, especially in the regions. In order to meet these challenges, it is important to awaken Peruvian youth to technical careers through aviation and to make them aware of the opportunities that the industry presents.

Frédéric Barraud's project is to adapt the French Brevet à l'Initiation Aéronautique (BIA) and to create a series of workshops and courses as well as to set up two piloting activities, accessible to the greatest number of people, and then, later, a technical institute. Perhaps the beginning of an innovative branch of young talents in Peru, and why not, of an embryo of ENAC?
