Dare to be bold: unleash your potential!

In April 2025, WIA-E Toulouse is offering a workshop with a theme dear to the association:"Dare to be bold: Unleash your potential!"

This workshop will be led by Christine Abdelaoui, certified coach. Together, we'll get off the beaten track to take the time to explore new avenues and reveal the strength that lies dormant within us. To do this, we'll try to understand the obstacles that prevent us from moving forward. Then we'll use the power of metaphor to overcome these blocks. Finally, using visualization techniques and anchoring tools, the workshop will give us the keys to putting our aspirations to music.

"What if you allowed yourself to push your limits? In this workshop, we'll take the time to connect with our needs, to listen to ourselves and to get out of our thoughts, which are often obstructed by everyday life".
