Spotlight on the challenges facing the French pavilion
Damien is an ENAC alumnus, having just graduated from the MS MTA program. He has a busy career at Air France, where he has just celebrated his twentieth year with the group.
While working in the IT department, he was able to discover all the different professions within an airline (sales, airport, customer loyalty, revenue management, freight ...), and in the middle of his career he was able to see the whole picture as manager of the IT Operations Control Center, with links to all the business lines and users worldwide.
He also learned a lot in the field, regularly visiting cockpits, galleys, runways, maintenance hangars and control towers.
A year ago, Damien decided to take a sabbatical year at ENAC to deepen his knowledge of all airline professions and specialize in strategy.
Thanks to his global vision of the air transport industry and its evolution, Damien invites you to take part on Tuesday December 8 in a spotlight on the challenges facing French air transport.
ON THE PROGRAM:
- Traditional airlines vs. low-cost airlines: models and cost structures
- The brand typology of major airline groups
- The industry's flight/ground products and their targets
- The development of ancillary services, with a focus on NDC and NGS
- Time for questions and answers
PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
The aim of our webinars is to share experiences, backgrounds and knowledge in different fields with graduates and students. They are not courses or training sessions. Damien shares his experience and knowledge with you.
We invite you to register for the event to receive the connection link.
