IENACs on board the first flight of the 2nd A321 XLR prototype

Christophe BERTRAND (IENAC 86 T) and Cédric FAVRICHON (IENAC 17 OPS) made the first flight of the second prototype of the A321 XLR on 23 September.
The aircraft, the first Pratt & Whitney-powered A321 XLR, took off from Hamburg, Germany, where it was assembled, to Toulouse, where it will be operated for its pre-certification flight test campaign.
There were five crew members on this maiden flight. Of these five, two were IENACs, which is good news for the school and its community!
