Salary negotiation: interactive conference

ENAC and ISAE-Supaero are organizing a salary negotiation workshop for female students and recent graduates (1st job) from our two schools!

Why?

For equal qualifications, women are often paid less than their male counterparts.

The reasons are varied: discrimination in hiring, self-censorship...

How?

Would you like to learn how to negotiate your salary on leaving school and throughout your career? ENAC and ISAE-SUPAERO are offering a salary negotiation workshop led by Elodie Moore, HR Performance, Inclusion & Diversity at ATR.

The following points will be discussed:

• The legal context concerning professional equality and discrimination
• Feedback on salary development from ATR professionals
• Advice and best practices
• Testimonials from alumni of our two schools
• The workshop will conclude with a discussion with the various speakers.
