Discover the power of mind-body harmony through sophrology

If you want to discover new techniques to improve your well-being, reduce stress and maintain a balanced lifestyle, this webinar is for you!


We all know that stress can have serious consequences for a person's performance as well as their mental and physical health. By recognising the symptoms of stress, we can react more appropriately and effectively, and cushion the effects of stress on our bodies.

 

This group session will give you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the techniques of sophrology and discover tools that are easy to use on a daily basis and independently.


Program:

* A time for discussing the day's emotional state

* Practice time, during which we will carry out controlled breathing exercises combined with gentle body movements and positive visualisation.

* Feedback on the group's feelings.

 

A few questions for reflection before the group session:

- How does stress manifest itself physically in you?

- What positive image do you have of calm and relaxation?

- Can you remember a time when you were able to manage your stress?
