TRB Annual Meeting

The 100th Annual Meeting of the U.S. Transportation Research Board (TRB) will be held between January 6, 2020 and January 29, 2021. For the first time, the Annual Meeting will be virtual due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The TRBAM is the largest event in transportation engineering and research in the world. Registration is required for all Annual Meeting attendees, including session speakers, poster presenters, and those who attend any session, workshop, or committee meeting, or visit the exhibits. The access to the exhibits & committee meetings only is free, but you have to register on the Annual Meeting as well.

• The AV070 Aircraft/Airport Compatibility Committee is a partner of the Airport Think Tank of ENAC Alumni. You are welcome to join its committee meeting on Monday, January 11 at 02:00 PM ET.
• Alumnus Gaël Le Bris (IENAC07) will present the output of the research project he led on Airport Collaborative Decision Making (ACDM) to Manage Adverse Conditions on Thursday, January 14 at 02:00PM ET during the meeting of the AV090 Aviation Safety, Security and Emergency Management Committee.
• Alumni Gaël Le Bris (IENAC07) and Loup-Giang Nguyen (IENAC15) will present their research on the Long-Term Trends on Runway Length Requirements of Transport Jet Aircraft for Airport Planning during Session 1235 - Current Issues in Aircraft/Airport Compatibility on Tuesday, January 26 at 02:30 PM ET.
